During this first session, you will meet with our medical team to discuss your health history, explore your personal weight management goals, and determine which of our personalized concierge plans is the best fit to achieve your goals.

Your comprehensive, personalized plan is designed to give you all the tools needed to reach your health goals. Your plan includes dedicated concierge visits with our medical team, health and lifestyle coaching, laboratory monitoring, and imaging when necessary. We also handle full prescription management (including prior authorization processing), and most plans incorporate advanced body composition analysis to track your long-term progress.

Your appointment schedule will vary depending on the plan you select. Each plan is structured to provide consistent medical oversight and ongoing support. Components of the longer-term plans can be customized to meet your needs.

Absolutely – health coaching sessions and routine progress evaluations are included. We emphasize a comprehensive approach to improving your health, rather than only relying on medications. Sustainable results require lifestyle alignment.

Your coaching sessions are highly collaborative and action-oriented, designed to keep you moving forward with confidence. Together with your health coach, you will optimize your nutrition and daily habits, identify and brainstorm ways to overcome personal barriers to progress, and map out sustainable strategies to encourage consistent progress in reaching your health goals.

Yes, many patients prefer telemedicine visits. In person visits will be recommended by our medical team when clinically appropriate.

Our medical team will route all prescriptions through your healthcare insurance or pharmacy benefits manager first. We will complete any required prior authorization or appeals. You are only responsible for the remaining co-pay or out-of-pocket costs not covered by your specific plan.

Our medical team manages and submits all orders for your bloodwork, imaging (e.g. ultrasound, CT scan), and clinically relevant medical procedures. Please note that these diagnostic services are billed directly to your insurance provider by the third-party testing facility, or proceduralist (as applicable). Your final out-of-pocket costs will depend entirely on your specific health insurance policy benefits, copays, and deductibles.

No. Each plan has an intentional, fixed-term commitment with the full payment due at enrollment.

Yes. We have multiple financing options. You can read more information about these options and submit an application directly on our financing page.

The plan becomes active on the date of the first medical visit after a plan is selected. The duration of each plan is listed below.

• Starter Plan: 3 months
• Support Plan: 6 months
• Success Plan: 12 months

The plan expires at the end of the term noted above. Unused services do not have cash value and cannot be transferred.

All plans are non-refundable.

You may have the option to renew or transition to another available plan. Near the end of your plan, your care team will review your progress and discuss your options with you.
