How Do I Take It—Do I Need To Fast?
Foundayo is taken by mouth once daily, and you do not need to fast—you can take it with or without food (no food/water restrictions). Swallow the tablet whole (don’t break, crush, or chew). If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you can but don’t take two doses in the same day. If you’ve missed 7+ days, contact your clinician for restart guidance.
How Much Weight Loss Can I Expect?
Results vary, but in a 72-week clinical trial, people taking the highest dose (and staying on treatment as directed) lost an average of about 12.4% of body weight (about 27.3 pounds) compared with placebo.
